- Domestic waste disposal
- Meeting rooms (booking system operates)

Shared office facilities include meeting and conference rooms, photocopier, fax, video-conferencing are also available on a pay per use basis.
Lab-based tenants also benefit from a wide range of shared facilities including shared cell culture suite, dark room, cold room, wash up/autoclave room and specialist waste handling and animal facilities.
In addition, all tenants have access to the on-site nursery which provides a level of childcare unrivalled in the local area.
