CREATE YOUR WORKOUT PROGRAMS

Create your programs and workouts easily with drag and drop. Combine exercises with different equipment in one workout as you like. Filter exercises by muscle groups and tools. At Stark Fitness, you can choose from over 700 exercises in the categories: bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, TRX/suspension, kettlebell, gym ball, rip, viper, bare ball, resistance band, medicine ball, Bulgarian bag and machines. All exercises have a video where a professional trainer shows how to perform the exercise with the correct technique. In addition to strength exercises, there are also instructions for stretching and warming up, as well as Foam Roller exercises for recovery.

PREBUILT WORKOUTS

Get started by choosing a workout from one of our pre-made workout programs. From more classic gym workouts to build muscle to high-intensity workouts, Tabata focuses on glutes and abs. Whatever training goals you have, Stark Fitness will help you achieve them.

QUICKSTART

A quick and easy tool to make changes to your workouts. Choose if you want to use some equipment or just your bodyweight, then the time and intensity, and a new workout will be created!

WORKOUT TIMER

Start your workout, follow the instructional videos and try to keep up with the pace.
For each session, you can set the timer to suit your goals. Choose between the Standard, Tabata, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or Circuit Training.
Standard: Choose the time or number of repetitions, the duration of the rest and several approaches.
Tabata: time is fixed up to 20 seconds of activity and 10 seconds of rest; choose the number of rounds.
HIIT: Choose your active time, rest time, and multiple rounds.
Circle: Choose the time or number of repetitions, rest intervals and number of rounds.

Creating an account is optional, but necessary if you want to sync your programs and workouts across multiple devices.
