Ventusky: The weather map app combines highly accurate weather forecasts for your current location with 3D maps that show weather changes over a wider area in a very interesting way. You can see where the rain is coming from and where the wind is blowing. The uniqueness of the application lies in the amount of data displayed. Weather forecasts, precipitation, wind, cloudiness, pressure, snow cover and other meteorological data for various altitudes are available worldwide.

The originality of the application lies in the amount of data displayed. It predicts global weather, precipitation, wind, cloudiness, pressure, snow cover and other meteorological data at various altitudes. What’s more, the app is 100% free.
Ventusky solves the problem of displaying the weather in an unusual way. The wind is represented by streamlines that vividly depict the constant evolution of the weather. The air current on Earth is in constant motion, and the streamlines perfectly reflect this movement, showing that all atmospheric phenomena are interconnected.
Thanks to the Ventusky program, visitors can now get data directly from numerical models that were previously only used by meteorologists. The software collects information from the most accurate numerical models.
In addition to the well-known American GFS and HRRR model data, Canadian GEM and German ICON models are also presented, which are rare in global resolution. EURAD and USRAD are two models based on modern radar and satellite measurements. These models can accurately represent the current rainfall in the US and Europe.
Weather fronts can also be displayed. Based on these weather models, we have developed a neural network that predicts the position of cold fronts, warm fronts, eclipse fronts, and stationary fronts. This methodology is unique and the first in the world to provide consumers with global forecasts for the future.
